EXPERIENCE PEACE OF MIND
Rental property management is professional care pertaining to your rental property; Primarily this includes but is not limited to prepping to lease during vacancy, rent collection, maintenance trade coordination, income & expense tracking, dispute resolution, and tenant communication.
MNG Property Management realizes there are specific areas which can promote additional value to your property. In partnership with Homease Management, we will work with you to provide suggestions on property care, rent protection, & cash flow maximization.
As a property management company, we provide comprehensive services to ensure the efficient and effective management of your properties. Our dedicated team handles everything from tenant acquisition and screening to rent collection and maintenance, allowing you to maximize your investment while minimizing the hassle.
Tenants can use a special online portal to make rent payments easily. This portal allows for automatic debits from their bank accounts or electronic payments. As a landlord, you can check the status of rent collections through your own online portal, and the updates will be available within 24 hours. If there are any late payments or rental arrears, we take additional steps to help collect the rent. This includes collaborating with housing help centers, filing N4-LTB notices, and reporting late payments.
Say goodbye to the stress of late payments or missed rent, as we take care of the collection process on your behalf. With our Rent Guarantee, you can focus on enjoying the benefits of your investment property without worrying about the financial uncertainties. Even if tenants fail to pay their rent, you still get paid. We provide coverage for up to 12 months or $60,000 of missed rent payments. In case of vandalism or intentional damage, we also provide $10,000 of damage protection.
Paying rent is usually the biggest monthly expense for tenants. We value and reward tenants who make their rent payments on time. One way we do this is by reporting their timely payments to the Credit Bureau. This helps tenants build their credit score, which can be beneficial for their future financial endeavors. Reporting to the Credit Bureau also acts as a deterrent for late rent payments and helps us identify any concerns during the tenant screening process.
If your property is part of a Condominium Corporation, you can benefit from our liability insurance at no additional cost. Our policy provides a coverage of $5 million for liability insurance. This is particularly advantageous as most developers typically require a $2 million policy during the occupancy phase. With our insurance coverage, you can have peace of mind knowing that you are protected from potential liabilities associated with your property.
We understand the importance of taking care of tenants, as it directly correlates to the well-being of the properties we manage. To emphasize this, we offer a convenient 24/7 Resident Portal. Through this portal, tenants can easily submit maintenance requests, address billing concerns, and make general inquiries. We prioritize prompt assistance, and in case of any situation, tenants can rest assured that they will be able to reach a local representative who can provide the necessary support and guidance.
We have formed a partnership with Canada's largest national general maintenance repair company. This partnership enables us to deliver the highest industry standard of trade quality for your property, regardless of its location across the country. As part of this partnership, we're able to offer our clients preferred discounted pricing. We believe in transparency, so you can trust that you will receive a detailed breakdown of service, material, and labor costs.
We conduct inspections of the property three times a year: during the onboarding process and every six months thereafter. The inspection reports are conveniently posted to your owner portal for easy access and reference. Homease property reports provide detailed information and images of each room, including appliances, furniture, and fixtures. This documentation serves as verification in case there are any damages or issues that need to be addressed. It allows you to have a clear record of the property's condition over time.
